I got an awesome send but the confirmation code won't go through. Is there anyway to find out who sent this so I can thank them? Thanks for any help!

I know this is a very old message, but I've been having the same problem. For some reason a few of the sends I get, it won't let me enter the code. It gives me an error message about the code being invalid or already used.

Hi! Can you do a ctrl+F or cmd+F on your "My received" page and type in the code, press return and see what information you can find about the code you're trying to register? It's very possible that the code was already used previously.

Also, please note that the code will consist of the characters A-F and 0-9, so try variations of that if you haven't already!
